Free Trial Period (14 Days)

No charges during the trial period, so no refunds apply. You can test all Pro features fully without entering a credit card. Cancel anytime.

After Trial — Monthly Subscription

No refunds for months already started. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the paid period ends.

Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptions)

  • 1.System downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours without prior notice
  • 2.Double-charged due to IslandDorm system error
  • 3.You must request within 7 days of the incident

Refund Process

  • 1.Contact support at support@islanddorm.com with evidence (slip, screenshot, etc.)
  • 2.Team reviews and responds within 5 business days
  • 3.If approved, refund via original payment method within 14 business days
