"Company" / "we" refers to the IslandDorm service provider | "User" / "you" refers to the dormitory owner who subscribes | "Service" refers to IslandDorm software and all related services
By registering for IslandDorm, you accept all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not accept any term, please discontinue use immediately.
You must provide accurate and current information. You must be 18 years or older, or have a legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining your password confidentiality and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You may use the Service only to manage your own dormitory/rental property. Prohibited: using for illegal purposes, reverse engineering, copying, selling the software, or sharing accounts with non-staff members.
As Data Controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act 2019, you are responsible for obtaining tenant consent before entering their data. IslandDorm acts solely as Data Processor under your instructions.
Prices as shown on the website at signup. Billed monthly in advance. No refunds for periods already used (see Refund Policy for exceptions). We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
You may cancel anytime via Settings. We may suspend immediately for Terms violations. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Service provided "as is" without 100% uptime guarantee. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
All IslandDorm software, content, design, and components are Company property, protected under Thai copyright law. No copying, modification, or distribution without permission.
These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes arising from or related to use of the Service shall be resolved in Thai courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may amend these Terms with at least 30 days' advance notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
